RETURNS

Items shipped from xkchief.com, can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

1. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

2. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

3. Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.

4.Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

Packaging Your Return
When you return your item, use the packaging that your order arrived in or packaging with similar dimensions. Avoid using over-sized boxes or packaging.

We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases so please choose carefully.

To start a return, please click this link or you can contact us at info@xkchief.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Postage charges on returns are at the cost of the customer and non-refundable.
Be mindful that we pass Import Entry Fee onto yourselves when we refund you for this item.
Therefore, your refund will be the cost of goods paid, less this fee and any postage costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
