XKCHIEF is a small, family-run business where all handicrafts are meticulously created in Kyle's studio. Kyle thrives in his studio, finding joy and fulfillment in creating masterpieces from scratch. From the careful selection of bones or jade to the completion of each work, Kyle ensures that every piece meets his own high standards of craftsmanship.

Bone carving is an ancient art form that uses bones as its medium, boasting a long and storied history. In the Neolithic Age, our ancestors, despite their rudimentary tools and harsh living conditions, used local materials to create these works of art. Though simple and unadorned, these early bone carvings embody a profound reverence for ancestors.

As history unfolded, bone carving evolved from practical daily necessities to intricate decorative items. Early humans used bones to make needles and knives, and carved words and patterns onto bones, showcasing their ingenuity and creativity.
